Updated U.S. Mw database

The U.S. microwave database has been updated. Known relocated paths have been marked and a small number of new (extensions) paths have been added.

PCIA Costsharing

The microwave path screen has a new option to see those paths in a project that are subject to costsharing. Those paths that have basestations in the "box" (see FCC96-196) are subject to cost sharing. This means that if you did not relocate that link, then you may be asked by PCIA to pay money to the company that did relocate that path. Note: to get the paths affected by cost sharing for existing projects, you should re-run interference.

Margin in the channel planner

The channel planner has been extended to allow a user selectbale margin. This will force all channels planned to be at least margin clear.
